482.183  Motor Vehicle Revolving Account: Creation; use; deposits.  The Motor Vehicle Revolving Account is hereby created and must be used for making change in the main and branch offices of the Department. The State Board of Examiners shall determine the amount of money to be deposited in the Account, within the limits of money available for that purpose.
