482.36414  License as dealer required for assumption of operation of franchise.  A person who assumes operation of a franchise pursuant to NRS 482.36396 to 482.36414, inclusive, must be licensed as a dealer pursuant to the provisions of NRS 482.318 to 482.363, inclusive.
