482.3669  Regulations.  The Department may make such regulations as are necessary to insure compliance with all applicable laws pertaining to the licensing and registration of vehicles before issuing personalized prestige license plates in lieu of the regular Nevada license plate or plates, and all applications for personalized prestige license plates must be made to the Department.
