482.410  Transferee to apply for certificate of registration and pay governmental services tax.  The transferee of a vehicle shall apply for a certificate of registration and pay the governmental services tax to the deputy registrar of motor vehicles in any county of this State, in the manner provided in this chapter for an original registration.
