483.505 - Voluntary surrender of license; reissuance. - Nevada Statutes

483.505  Voluntary surrender of license; reissuance.  The Department shall by regulation establish a method to allow a driver, under circumstances specified by regulation, to surrender a driver’s license voluntarily to the Department, including conditions and procedures for reissuance of the license at the request of the driver.
