483.190 - “Vehicle” defined. - Nevada Statutes

483.190  “Vehicle” defined.  “Vehicle” means every device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a public highway, except:

      1.  Devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks; and

      2.  Electric personal assistive mobility devices as defined in NRS 482.029.
