484A.135 - “Motorcycle” defined. - Nevada Statutes

484A.135  “Motorcycle” defined.  “Motorcycle” means every motor vehicle equipped with a seat or saddle for the use of the driver and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, excluding an electric bicycle, a tractor or a moped.
