484A.145 - “Official traffic-control device” defined. - Nevada Statutes

484A.145  “Official traffic-control device” defined.  “Official traffic-control device” means every sign, signal, marking and device not inconsistent with chapters 484A to 484E, inclusive, of NRS or prohibited by law, placed or erected by a public authority or railroad for the purpose of regulating, warning or guiding traffic.
