484B.453  Prohibited parking in front of theaters, hotels and other buildings.  A person shall not park a vehicle at any time on any of the following parts of highways, sidewalks or sidewalk areas, where official traffic-control devices are erected giving notice thereof:

      1.  In front of a theater entrance.

      2.  In front of the entrance or exit of a hotel.

      3.  In front of the entrance to any building where any such device has been erected by a local authority.
