484E.090 - State Registrar of Vital Statistics to report death to Department. - Nevada Statutes

484E.090  State Registrar of Vital Statistics to report death to Department.  The State Registrar of Vital Statistics shall on or before the 10th day of each month report in writing to the Department the death of any person resulting from a vehicle accident, giving the time and place of accident and the circumstances relating thereto.
