486.041 - “Motorcycle” defined. - Nevada Statutes

486.041  “Motorcycle” defined.  “Motorcycle” means every motor vehicle equipped with a seat or a saddle for the use of the driver and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, excluding an electric bicycle as defined in NRS 483.067, a tractor and a moped.
