487.478 Persons prohibited from applying for identifying card described in NRS 487.477. A person who is licensed as or who is required to be licensed as an automobile wrecker, dealer of new or used motor vehicles or rebuilder shall not apply for or obtain an identifying card described in NRS 487.477.
