487.505 - Regulations. - Nevada Statutes

487.505  Regulations.  The Department shall adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of NRS 487.400 to 487.510, inclusive.

      NRS 487.510  Penalty.  Any person who violates any of the provisions of NRS 487.400 to 487.505, inclusive, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
