489.235 - Administrator: Regulation of structures built in compliance with requirements of chapter 461 - Nevada Statutes

489.235  Administrator: Regulation of structures built in compliance with requirements of chapter 461 of NRS.  The Administrator or a designee of the Administrator shall regulate, in accordance with the standards established by the regulations of the Division pursuant to chapter 461 of NRS, a structure built in compliance with the requirements of chapter 461 of NRS.
