489.051 - “Certificate of compliance” defined. - Nevada Statutes

489.051  “Certificate of compliance” defined.  “Certificate of compliance” means a certificate issued by this state certifying that the plumbing, heating, electrical systems, body and frame design and construction requirements of a commercial coach or the reconstruction or alteration requirements of a mobile home or commercial coach comply with standards adopted by the Division.
