493.170 - Licensing of aeronautics instructors. - Nevada Statutes

493.170  Licensing of aeronautics instructors.  It shall be unlawful for any aeronautics instructor to give instruction in flying unless such instructor has an appropriate effective instructor’s rating, certificate, permit or license as a flight instructor issued by the United States.
