495.050  Commissioner may vote on agreement or lease extending beyond his or her term of office.  Any member of any board of county commissioners in the State may vote on any agreement or indenture for the lease of real or personal property of his or her respective county as referred to in NRS 495.040, notwithstanding the fact that the term of the agreement may extend beyond his or her term of office.

      NRS 495.060  Conflicting laws inapplicable.  All acts and parts of acts in conflict with NRS 495.040 and 495.050 are repealed insofar as the same apply to or interfere with the provisions of NRS 495.040 and 495.050, and not in any other particular.
