501.354  Receipt, deposit and expenditure of money.  Except as otherwise provided by specific statute, the Department shall receive, deposit and expend all money provided by law for the administration of this title and of chapter 488 of NRS, pursuant to the authority contained in NRS 501.356 and in accordance with the Commission’s policy.
