503.175  Penalty for discharging firearm from or over federal or state highway or county road.  Unless a greater penalty is provided in NRS 202.287, a person who discharges a firearm from, upon, over or across any federal highway, state highway as described in NRS 408.285, or main or general county road as designated in NRS 403.170, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
