504.485  Wildlife agencies required to confer with Commission regarding consultations with Secretary of Interior.  The wildlife agencies of this state which consult with the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to 16 U.S.C. § 1333(b)(1) regarding wild horses and burros in this state, shall confer with the Commission regarding those consultations and allow the Commission to participate in those consultations to the extent possible.
