504.175 - Reports to Legislature. - Nevada Statutes

504.175  Reports to Legislature.  The Director shall, on or before the fifth calendar day of each regular session of the Legislature, submit to the Legislature a report summarizing the actions taken by the Department to prevent or mitigate damage caused by elk or game mammals not native to this state. The report must include a list of the expenditures made pursuant to this section and NRS 504.155 and 504.165 during the preceding biennium and a determination of the amount of money remaining for those purposes.
