504.300  Establishment of commercial or private shooting preserve.  Any person who owns or controls the shooting rights or privileges on an enclosed tract of land may establish a commercial or private shooting preserve for the propagation, culture and maintenance of upland game birds pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and commission regulations.
