517.290 - Applicability of NRS 517.010 - Nevada Statutes

517.290  Applicability of NRS 517.010 to 517.280, inclusive.  The provisions of NRS 517.010 to 517.280, inclusive, shall be construed as equally applicable to all classes of locations, except where the requirement as to any one class is manifestly inapplicable to any other class or classes.
