533.415  State Engineer may refuse to file maps not conforming to statutory provisions or regulations.  The State Engineer may, in his or her discretion, refuse to accept for filing any map not conforming with the provisions of NRS 533.405 and such rules and regulations as the State Engineer may make. The State Engineer may, in his or her discretion, require additional data to be placed thereon, and may make proper provision therefor.
