533.420  Surveyor or engineer may be barred from practice before State Engineer for swearing falsely.  Should it be found upon inspection of the premises by the State Engineer that the surveyor or engineer had sworn falsely to the map and survey, the surveyor or engineer may, in the discretion of the State Engineer, be barred from the further practice of engineering in any matters before the State Engineer, in addition to suffering the penalties prescribed by law for swearing falsely to any affidavit.
