533.525  Stored water may be conveyed through streams and reclaimed; conditions.  Any water stored for irrigation or other beneficial purposes may be turned into the channel of any natural stream or watercourse, and mingled with its waters, and then be reclaimed, but, in reclaiming it, water already appropriated by others shall not be diminished in quantity.
