535.080  Attorney General and County Commissioners of Washoe County authorized to institute actions to maintain flow of Truckee River.  The Attorney General and the Board of County Commissioners of Washoe County are authorized and empowered to commence suits or take such other action as may be necessary to maintain a regular or natural flow of water in the Truckee River, and in all suits so instituted, if necessary, to use the name of “The State of Nevada.”
