538.490 - Ratification and approval of compact or agreement. - Nevada Statutes

538.490  Ratification and approval of compact or agreement.  Any compact or agreement so entered into on behalf of such states shall not be binding or obligatory upon any of such states or citizens thereof until and unless the same shall have been ratified and approved by the legislatures of at least five of such states and by the Congress of the United States; and such agreement or compact shall not be binding upon any state the legislature of which fails to approve and ratify the same.
