538.550  Governor to appoint Commissioner to represent State on Columbia Compact Commission.  Within 30 days after the Compact becomes effective, the Governor shall, in compliance with Article III of the Compact, appoint one Commissioner for the State at large to represent the State of Nevada on the Columbia Compact Commission established under Article III of the Compact.
