539.640  Resolution of district concerning availability of bonds for legal investments; copy filed with Department of Taxation.  Whenever the board of directors of any irrigation district organized and existing under and pursuant to the laws of the State of Nevada by resolution declares that it deems it desirable that any contemplated or outstanding bonds of the district, including any of its bonds authorized but not sold, be made available for the purposes provided for in NRS 539.660, the board of directors shall file a certified copy of such resolution with the Department of Taxation.
