539.335  Authority to enter into agreements with districts in adjoining states.  It shall be lawful for irrigation districts organized or existing under or by virtue of the laws of the State of Nevada to enter into agreements with contiguous adjoining irrigation districts in other states for the joint construction, acquisition, management and control of diverting, impounding or distributing works for the irrigation or drainage of the lands within the boundaries of their respective districts.
