539.160  Directors subject to recall from office.  Every director of an irrigation district organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada shall be subject, as provided in NRS 539.160 to 539.187, inclusive, to recall from office by the qualified electors of the irrigation district from which the director was elected.
