539.495 - Construction fund: Source. - Nevada Statutes

539.495  Construction fund: Source.  Moneys accruing from the sale of bonds, and from any assessments levied for the direct payment of costs of construction, purchase of property, or other undertakings for which bonds may be issued, shall be deposited and kept in the construction fund.
