539.487  Annual publication of district financial statement.  On or before the first Tuesday of September of each year the board of directors of each irrigation district shall publish in at least one issue of some newspaper published in the county where the office of the district is located a full, true and correct statement of the financial condition of the district on the first day of that year, giving a statement of all liabilities and assets of the district.

      NRS 539.490  County treasurer to deliver all money collected to treasurer of district.  The county treasurer or treasurers who are required by this chapter to collect assessments levied by the district are authorized and required to turn over to the treasurer of the district all moneys, including delinquent penalties and interest collected (except costs of publication), and to take receipt therefor.
