541.250 - Property exempt from assessments. - Nevada Statutes

541.250  Property exempt from assessments.  All property of whatever kind and nature owned by the State and by towns, cities, school districts, drainage districts, irrigation districts, water districts, or any other governmental agency or agencies within the district, shall be exempt from assessment and levy by the board as provided by this chapter for the purposes herein contained.
