541.300  Contracts relating to electrical energy.  The board is authorized to enter into contracts for the operation and maintenance of works for the generation and supplying of electrical energy and for the disposition of power generated thereat. The board may also enter into contracts for the acquisition, purchase, sale or other disposition of electrical energy.
