555.270  Policy of this State; purpose of provisions.  It is the policy of this State and the purpose of NRS 555.2605 to 555.460, inclusive, to regulate, in the public interest, the application of pesticides which, although valuable for the control of pests, may seriously injure humans, animals and crops over wide areas if not properly applied.
