555.273  Provisions concerning restricted-use pesticides applicable to governmental agencies and public utilities.  All state agencies, municipal corporations and public utilities or any other governmental agency shall be subject to the provisions of NRS 555.2605 to 555.460, inclusive, and rules adopted thereunder concerning the application of restricted-use pesticides by any person.
