555.420  Authority of Director and inspectors to enter and inspect public or private premises.  To carry out the provisions of NRS 555.2605 to 555.460, inclusive, the Director and the Director’s appointed inspectors may enter upon any public or private premises at reasonable times to inspect, audit, sample or monitor any aircraft, ground equipment, records, storage, pesticides, pesticide sprays, disposal operations or other operations which are subject to NRS 555.2605 to 555.460, inclusive, or regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
