555.2356 - “Nursery” defined. - Nevada Statutes

555.2356  “Nursery” defined.  “Nursery” means any location:

      1.  Where nursery stock is grown, propagated, held, stored or sold; or

      2.  From which nursery stock is distributed directly to a customer.
