62A.240 - “Private school” defined. - Nevada Statutes

62A.240  “Private school” defined.  “Private school” includes private elementary and secondary educational institutions. The term does not include a home in which instruction is provided to a child who is excused from compulsory attendance pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 392.070 or a school or educational program that is conducted exclusively for children who have been adjudicated delinquent.
