62B.410 - Termination and retention of jurisdiction.

62B.410  Termination and retention of jurisdiction.  Except as otherwise provided in NRS 62F.110 and 62F.220, if a child is subject to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, the juvenile court:

      1.  May terminate its jurisdiction concerning the child at any time, either on its own volition or for good cause shown; or

      2.  May retain jurisdiction over the child until the child reaches 21 years of age.
