562.300  Publication of orders, rules and regulations.  All orders, rules or regulations made by the Board must be published at least twice in some newspaper having a general circulation in the State, which publication shall constitute legal notice of the order, rule or regulation made to all owners of sheep and other persons.

      NRS 562.310  Power to subpoena and examine witnesses and administer oaths.  For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter each member of the Board, and the Secretary of the Board, is authorized to subpoena and examine witnesses and to administer oaths for the purpose of soliciting information to be used in enforcing the provisions of this chapter, and in the furtherance of the quarantine, sanitary and other regulations.
