563.130 - Dissemination of information; annual report of Board. - Nevada Statutes

563.130  Dissemination of information; annual report of Board.  The Board shall:

      1.  Use all suitable means to collect and disseminate information calculated to educate and benefit producers, growers and breeders of livestock within the State of Nevada.

      2.  On or before February 1 of each year, report to the Governor a full and detailed account of its transactions and a full financial statement of all funds received and disbursed.

      NRS 563.140  Legislative appropriations.  Funds to carry out the provisions of this chapter shall be provided by direct legislative appropriation from the General Fund, upon the presentation of budgets in the manner required by law, and shall be paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid.
