568.270 - Restraint of violation by injunction. - Nevada Statutes

568.270  Restraint of violation by injunction.  The violation of any provision of NRS 568.230 to 568.290, inclusive, may be restrained by injunction, issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, pursuant to the provisions of law and principles of equity relating to injunctions.
