573.050 - Issuance of license. - Nevada Statutes

573.050  Issuance of license.  Upon receipt of an application for a license under this chapter, accompanied by the required bond and license fee, the Department shall examine the application, and if it finds the application to be in proper form and that the applicant has otherwise complied with this chapter, the Department shall grant the license as applied for, subject to the provisions of this chapter.
