582.025 - General authority to adopt regulations. - Nevada Statutes

582.025  General authority to adopt regulations.  The State Sealer of Weights and Measures may adopt such regulations as are reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Any such regulations shall comply, insofar as practicable, with specifications, tolerances and regulations recommended by the National Institute of Standards and Technologies.

      NRS 582.026  Enforcement of chapter: Authority to obtain restraining order or temporary or permanent injunction.  The State Sealer of Weights and Measures may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for a restraining order, or a temporary or permanent injunction, restraining a person from violating any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto.
