582.0311 - Licenses: Determination of qualifications; examination. - Nevada Statutes

582.0311  Licenses: Determination of qualifications; examination.  The State Sealer of Weights and Measures shall determine the qualifications of an applicant for a license as a public weighmaster based on:

      1.  The information provided on the application and any supplementary information determined appropriate by the State Sealer of Weights and Measures; and

      2.  The results of an examination of the knowledge of the applicant.
