582.040  Licenses: Issuance; fee.  If satisfied with the qualifications of the applicant, the State Sealer of Weights and Measures shall issue a license as a public weighmaster, for which license the State Sealer of Weights and Measures shall charge a fee established by regulation of the State Board of Agriculture.
