584.155 - Duties of district attorneys. - Nevada Statutes

584.155  Duties of district attorneys.  On complaint by the Commission of the violation of NRS 584.150 by any person, firm or corporation, the district attorney of the county in which the violation is alleged to have occurred shall institute criminal proceedings against the person complained of and shall prosecute the same in the proper courts.

      NRS 584.160  Applicability of provisions.  The provisions of NRS 584.110 to 584.160, inclusive, shall not apply where the butter is retailed by the maker in quantities not exceeding 250 pounds per month.
